Vaccinate Your Dog Against Both Canine Flu StrainsAttention Dog Owners:

There is a canine influenza outbreak that started in Florida and has now moved up to Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, Illinois, and Texas. It is a new influenza strain that the previous vaccine did not cover.

We are now recommending all dog owners consider getting the new updated vaccine. It consists of 2 vaccines, 2 to 4 weeks apart; and then needs to be boosted annually. We recommend this especially for dogs that visit dog parks, boarding facilities, doggie day care facilities, grooming facilities, dog shows, and any dog that sees other dogs on a regular basis or travels with the family.
