What are your operating hours?
Our office is open 8am - 7pm Monday through Friday, and 8am - 2pm on Saturday. We are closed on Sunday.
When do you take appointments?
We schedule appointments from 10am - 12pm and 4pm - 6pm, Monday through Friday. Then on Saturdays between 9am - 12pm. We take appointments this way to allow time for paperwork, phone calls, and to see emergency cases.
What is your inclement weather policy?
In order to keep our clients, patients, and employees safe in inclement weather, we may need to adjust our hours. We will update our website, Facebook page, email list, and voicemail as soon as possible if our hours have changed.
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept Cash, Check, Debit, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and CareCredit. Visit our Hospital Policies page for more information.
Do you accept Pet Insurance?
We understand that when unexpected illness strike our pets, unanticipated expenses do too. Since we can't always predict health issues in our pets and never want to make decisions based on finances, pet insurance can help in cases of both wellness and illness. We do not have any affiliation with any pet insurance companies; however, we will gladly fill out a claims form for your pet (Claim forms must be provided by the client).
Where can I take my pets in an emergency if you're not open?
In the event that we are not open, please contact one of our suggested Pet Emergency Care referrals.
